As chairman of the entertainment
committee, Jan will provide the food for any of the club activities that want
food. Jan asks that any of the chairmen or other members that require food at
their activities let her know as soon as possible. She guarantees that she will
do her best to accommodate you.

she will welcome any suggestions.
